Shipping Policy

Policy : All custom jewelry orders placed takes 2 weeks to process . From there 1-3  business days for me to ship directly to you . Thank you for supporting and being patient ! Once orders are placed , There are No REFUNDS. After tracking numbers are sent out .. I am no longer responsible for your package .. USPS is responsible. With the exception of a lost 

package, I may ship you another custom order for free (the same order that was placed ) ..with the same processing time . After any order is placed there are NO REFUNDS. 

 

When placing orders please make sure to put the correct address . If you have an Apartment number add it . If you do not put the correct Address .. your order will get sent back to me and you will have to wait longer because USPS has a shipping time frame with incorrect addresses . 

 

When you receive your order please do not do any charge backs . I will not let you order from my store ever again , and I will most definitely fight the charge back . I will have proof of everything so please don’t even try it .

 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! Order from your card only . If your order comes as fraud I will not accept it . All fraud orders will be turned away . Your name and address must match your  card info !
